As a professional and experienced wedding coordinator, I’m dedicated to bringing your vision to life! ​I create unforgettable experiences, specializing in outdoor events & weddings- providing service to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. 
 
My mission is to understand your unique love story and weave it into every detail of your special day, ensuring it’s a true reflection of your style, personality, and vision.

My education in communication and over five years of experience in the wedding industry, make me the wedding coordinator I am today. 

 
From the initial consultation to your final dance, I will be there every step of the way, making sure your wedding day is everything you've been dreaming of.

Partial-Service Planning

(Starting at $2200)

  • The partial planning package is designed for couples  who have already begun planning, but need expert guidance to bring everything together seamlessly. Perfect for the hands-on couple who wants professional support leading up to the big day, this service ensures your vision is executed flawlessly while reducing stress and saving valuable time

  • Review of all planning completed to date & professional guidance on remaining planning tasks

  • Vendor recommendations, communication, and contract review

  • Assistance with save the dates, invitations, and a wedding website 

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan

  • Ceremony and reception layout assistance

  • Monthly check-ins and planning progress updates

  • Final walk-through at your venue

  • Full wedding day management and coordination

  • Unlimited communication from the moment we begin

  • On-site coordination with your vendor team to ensure the day runs smoothly

  • Serving as the point of contact for all vendors, family, and venue staff

  • Overseeing setup for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Ensuring everything runs on time, from hair and makeup to the last dance

  • Managing emergencies, vendor arrival times, décor execution, and schedule adjustments

  • Assisting the couple and wedding party with attire, personal items, and transitions between locations if needed

  • Day of Coordination Included (8-10 hours)

Day-Of Coordinator 

(Starting at $1200)

  • A Day-of Wedding Coordinator ensures your wedding day runs smoothly by managing every detail, timeline, and vendor so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Unlike partial-service planning, day-of coordination focuses on execution—bringing your plans to life with professional precision

  • 8-10 hours of coordination on your wedding day 

  • A meeting 1 month before the wedding to review your vision, confirm details, and gather all vendor contracts, floor plans, and logistics

  • A customized timeline is created for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Your coordinator distributes this timeline to all vendors and the wedding party

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Main point of contact for venue staff, vendors, and family guests.

  • Wedding day setup & styling assistance

  • Oversees and assists with setup of décor items such as place cards, signage, favors, welcome tables, personal items, ensuring everything looks exactly as envisioned

  • Assists guests with questions, guides the wedding party, and ensures everyone is where they need to be throughout the day

  • Access to our extensive Emergency Kit


Common Add-On's 

  • Assistant Coordinators

    • Extra staff (day-of assistant(s)) if the guest count is large.

  • Post-Wedding Wrap Up

    • Ensuring rentals are boxed and returned.

    • Coordinating pick-up from vendors.

  • Transportation Coordination

    • Managing guest shuttles, bridal party cars, or timing logistics.

  • RSVP + Guest List Tracking

    • Managing RSVPs and meal counts (more common with partial/full planning).

    • Access to premium tools, wedding apps, QR code RSVPs.
